Ingredients Quantity (Makes ~1.5 quarts):
Ice Cream Base:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Mix-Ins:
- ¾ cup mini peanut butter cups (cut in half if large)
